Product Warranty

Elcommtech Corp. guarantees all of our products to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship for (3) years after the date of sale. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, unauthorized use, neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is also void if the product is subjected to tampering, including opening or attempting to open the product enclosure, except as specified for system setup in the user manual.

At Elcommtech's sole discretion, our products may be accepted for repair during twelve (12) months after the end of warranty. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from Elcommtech's plant and for the cost of repair. The repair will carry a ninety (90) days limited warranty covering parts and labor.

During the warranty period, a defective Elcommtech product will be repaired at Elcommtech’s option. Call for a return authorization and return the product, freight prepaid. Please refer to “Return Policy” listed below for requirements as to returns.

Elcommtech’s liability is limited to the purchase price if the product. Elcommtech does not accept responsibility for any special, indirect or consequential damages through the use of Elcommtech products.

This warranty does not apply to Licensed Programs (software). These are distributed on an “as is” basis and carry their own warranty. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and allother warranties expressed or implied are excluded and do not apply to any program materials licensed under an agreement.
