Elcommtech Corporation introduces new products - ECT088 designed to allow transmission of T1 or E1 data over fiber optic cable(s). Elcommtech Corporation announces it's new product ECT088 designed to allow duplex transmission of T1 or E1 data over fiber optic cable(s). Model ECT088 is a high-speed duplex fiber optic data modem for transmitting one bi-drectional T1 or E1 data channel over a single fiber optic cable or a pair of fiber optic cables. The system is designed to support errorless data transmission of T1 or E1. The systems support AMI, B8ZS and HDB3 data formats. The ECT088 is compatible with 12 VDC/VAC and 24 VAC power sources. The system features separate LED indicators for power, link status and data flow for field testing and troubleshooting.
