Elcommtech Corporation introduces new products - ECT014 and ECT014-2 designed to allow duplex transmission of TTL data signals over fiber optic cable(s). Elcommtech Corporation announces it's new products ECT014 and ECT014-2 designed to allow duplex transmission of TTL data signals over fiber optic cable(s). Model ECT014 is a high-speed duplex fiber optic data modem for transmitting one bi-drectional data channel with TTL electrical interface over a single fiber optic cable or a pair of fiber optic cables. The system is designed to support errorless data transmission with data speeds ranging from DC to 26 Mb/sec for ECT014 (single channel) and DC to 6 Mb/sec for ECT014-2 (2 independent data channels). The ECT014 and ECT014-2 are compatible with 12 VDC/VAC and 24 VAC power sources. The system features separate LED indicators for power, link status and data flow for field testing and troubleshooting.
